After having completed phase 1 of a $100 millions IT Program roll out, the PMO team needed the feedback from the different stakeholders. Several workshops, online consultations and plain MS Forms surveys, across multiple geographies and functional silos, generated a wealth of text answers. One credit = 1 text answer, independent of the length and the content of the text (an empty row with other data than text account for 1 credit)
You are free to import text answers up to 1000 characters. Yet long answers adversely impact response time and performance of A.I. As a rule of thumb, you are advised to rather import shorter answers than 300 characters. By default, any text beyond the first 1000 characters will be ignored.
