Simple X Review is a simple and affordable way to understand the voice of the customer beyond the simple NPS metric. Identify pain points and take informed decisions, in order to ultimately drive growth and success.

What is a credit and how do you count them?

One credit = 1 text answer, independent of the length and the content of the text (an empty row with other data than text account for 1 credit). 1 row with 2 open questions account for 2 credits.

Are individual text answers limited in length?

You are free to import text answers up to 1000 characters. Yet long answers adversely impact response time and performance of A.I. As a rule of thumb, you are advised to rather import shorter answers than 300 characters. By default, any text beyond the first 1000 characters will be ignored.

What is the difference between Open and Review?

With Review, you automate most of the process of VOC analysis: once plugged with your existing customer feedback channel, Simple X Review ingests, processes, categorizes following a preset coding plan and highlights for you the key insights. Simple X Open provides with more flexible features, required if your coding plan is ver specific or even unclear at first.
